Austin is an excellent communicator, accommodating needs, and provides helpful instructions. He ensures the RV is well-stocked with essentials and even offered to mail back lost items.
Easy to drive and well-equipped
Doris is easy to drive, even over mountain passes, and comes well-outfitted, clean, and stocked with essentials, including a flat screen/DVD player. Minor issues include a tricky oven pilot and drawers that may open while driving.

4.0The RV was good. Unfortunately the renter before us broke the oven & stove so Austin included a small camp stove and table so we had a way to cook. The drawers under the stove need to be licking capable as the slam out & in while driving On the whole it was a fun trip

5.0The RV was as described, and even surpised my two sons with the flat screen + dvd player in the crows nest sleeping area. Oven pilot is super tricky, but otherwise, everything was as expected.
