Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter. the owner will provide information on the operation of the unit at time of pick up ,it is the renters responsibility to understand and follow instructions,Failue to use proper handling 0f any of the feature or systems in the unit may result in damage the renter would be held responsible for the cost of repairs. The awning is never to be left out unattended or used in inclimate weather, damage to awning will result in the loss of your security deposit, This does not release you from from paying any overages or other damage even if the total goes above the security deposit. To avoid loss of security deposit, unit must be returned with Gray and black tanks emptied(use on rv toilet paper) . also unit to be returned swept and all trash emptied . If any damage does happen to the unit we ask you contact us and take any photos as needed.
