Nice well taken care of, easy to use with 28'(32.6' OAL) of fun space to enjoy with your family.
Room to sleep 6 comfortably with a super comfortable Queen bed in the spacious private Master bedroom, a Sofa bed in the living area and the dining table converts into an additional sleeping area.
The living area has 2 very comfortable swivel recliners, a sofa to lounge on if desired. Includes a 32" flat screen TV, CD/DVD player AM/FM stereo, blue tooth capable where you can relax and watch you favorite DVD or just relax to you favorite music.The kitchen is complete with a spacious refrigerator to keep your food and favorite beverages cold, a fully functional range to cook you favorite meal on, an oven to bake that cake, cookies, pie or whatever you can dream up. Tons of storage space for whatever you like (within reason) :) to take on your favorite camping trip. We even supply pots and pans, utensils, plates, bowls, glasses, cork screw, bottle opener :) etc. You really only need your favorite food and supplies and you are ready for fun!Fully functional bathroom with a nice shower, toilet, sink and storage for your personal hygiene supplies. Please bring your own favorite linens and towels, etc.Outside there is a spacious awning where you and your family can relax in the shade and enjoy the views and smells of your favorite camping spot! There is even outside speakers to listen to your favorite CD or favorite radio station (when available). Also has an outside shower with hot and cold water.This comes complete with cleaning supplies and built in vacuum to make it as easy as possible to clean during and after your great adventure!There is a large pass thru storage area in the front where the camper supplies are stored, such as extension cords, water hose, leveling blocks, jack etc.We supply, at no additional cost, a weight distributing hitch that will increase ride comfort and safety on your great adventure. We do require your tow vehicle to have a fully functioning electric brake controller and the vehicle is rated properly for this size unit.We offer dilivery up to 50 miles from Bellingham, Washington. It is $75 for delivery plus $4/mile (calculated one way) and a $50 disposal fee for emptying tanks.Dry weight is 5480lbs with a payload capacity of 2105lbs, Gvwr 7585lbs, hitch weight 585lbs.Pick up and returns will be after 5pm unless other arrangements are made. Thank you for your cooperation.Grey water and black water tanks must be empty upon return. If either or both are not empty there will be a $100 service fee incurred.
