Kirk went above and beyond, securing alternate transport and reimbursement during a mechanical issue. He was also highly responsive to user questions and thoughtfully provided many useful amenities.
Effortless driving on varied terrain
The van is easy to drive, performing well on bumpy dirt roads and through snow. Its effective heater kept guests warm, and features like an electric bed, quick hot water, bedding, and a camp stove ensured comfort.

5.0Everything went great. Easy to drive, easy to use all the features. Super nice to have a heater overnight on the shoulder season. We even drove through 4-6" of snow and had no problems.

5.0Perhaps most important is how a host reacts when things do not go as planned. In our case we had a mechanical issue in upper Montana (stuff happens). Coach-Net roadside assistance (the service that Outdoorsy contracts with) determined the vehicle needed to be toed. Kirk went out of his way to help us secure alternate transportation and contacted Outdoorsy to reimburse us for lost time. Kudos to Kirk!

5.0We loved this campervan. Loved sitting g up high, the electric bed, how the hot water got warm for showers so quickly, having the bedding and camp stove/chairs included. We had an amazing week in the Revel!
