2. Fill Propane (no more than 77%)
3. Return with full tank of diesel fuel
4. Remove all clothing, personal items, food and trash
5. Place all used bedding and towels on the backseat.
6. Clean and return all kitchen items to their appropriate location.Please do not allow the battery to “0”out as it will render it unusable and require replacement. When parked, it is best to plug in so the battery remains charged. Boon docking over night with the battery on will result in zeroing out the battery.Thank youNOTE: DEF is required for the Diesel Engines and is readily available at gas stations. Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) is a non-hazardous solution, which is 32.5% urea and 67.5% de-ionized water. DEF is sprayed into the exhaust stream of diesel vehicles to break down dangerous NOx emissions into harmless nitrogen and water. ... DEF is not a fuel additive and never comes into contact with diesel.

Amber and Ryan communicated well, delivered and explained the RV thoroughly, and responded quickly to questions throughout trips, setting a high bar for service.
Easy, comfortable driving experience
Guests consistently found the RV easy to drive, smooth on the road, and very comfortable for long trips, even with multiple passengers. It was often described as pristine, like-new, and luxury.

5.0Our experience was fantastic. The hosts were very nice and attentive. They communicated well with us, delivered and explained the RV and were available through out our trip to answer any questions that we had. I would definitely recommend this RV and hosts for rental.

5.0Very nice trip over Thanksgiving. We didn't overnight in the van but had a great time running around the Highlands area of North Caroline. My wife and I, our two boys and my parents drove up and back Very comfortably. My sister-in-law's family joined us in NC and we maxed out all nine seats while visiting almost every waterfall we could find. Ryan is super easy to communicate with and the Van is in great condition. My 77 yr old parents really enjoyed having the facilities at all times, the boys loved playing cards in the back and no one was sore at the end of the day. We will definitely do this again.
