1.0WE HAD ISSUES WITH THIS RV FROM DAY ONE. OUR JOURNEY WAS FROM FLORIDA- NORTH. WHEN WE REACHED GEORGIA THE REAR CABIN AC AND GENERATOR STOPPED WORKING IN 110 DEGREE WEATHER. WE REACHED OUT TO THE HOST AND WERE TOLD TO FIND A MECHANIC. THE NEXT DAY HE ARRIVED . HE WAS ABLE TO GET THE AC WORKING AND THE GENERATOR WORKING BUT THAT WAS SHORT LIVED IT BROKE DOWN AGAIN. DURING THIS TIME THERE WAS NO TV OR ELECTRICAL WORKING WHICH MEANT THE TOILET PUMP WASNT WORKING EITHER. WHEN CONTINUING ON THE JOURNEY THE FRONT AC STOPPED WORKING AND THEN THE RV WOULD NOT START...I AM SHOCKED THAT THIS VEHICLE WAS PASSED FOR RENTAL FOR SAFETY REASONS. I COULD GO ON ABOUT HOW DISSAPOINTED WE WERE WITH THIS RV AND HOW THE HOSTS HANDLED THIS SITUATION. THEY MADE US FEEL LIKE WE WERE BEING DISHONEST. WE HAVE DOCUMENTATION OF THESE ONGOING ISSUES AND IF THEY MAY HAVE KNOWN ABOUT IT ...THATS UNEXCEPTABLE. RENTERS BE AWARE . OUR TRIP INCURRED EXTRA EXPENSES AND WE LOST 5 DAYS OF OUR TRIP AND THE HOSTS DIDNT EVEN OFFER ONE NIGHT HOTEL COMPENSATION...

5.0Our experience was fantastic. The hosts were very nice and attentive. They communicated well with us, delivered and explained the RV and were available through out our trip to answer any questions that we had. I would definitely recommend this RV and hosts for rental.
