Explains features and communicates quickly

Brian is quick to respond to questions and takes the time to explain all vehicle features. Guests also noted an easy pick-up process and a well-maintained, clean van.

Brakes initially feel different

Guests reported that all van components worked as expected. The brake pedal felt different, but functioned fine once adjusted to. It's well-equipped, comes with unlimited mileage, and was delivered spotless.
