2022 Coachmen Ultralite Clipper trailer, 22 ft, 3 in. fully equipped with fold down queen sized bed, and one set of full sized bunk beds. Kitchen sink, two burners, fridge and freezer, propane tank, outside griddle, inside shower, toilet, bathroom sink, dinette table, microwave, a/c, heat, outdoor shower, USB ports, plenty of storage space! 6'6 Interior height. 2 5/16 ball size for hitch. Brake control required for towing vehicle. Can be rented in the winter months, but will have been winterized and will not have water/plumbing (can use toilet as a "pit" toilet). You will need to bring drinking water in months when temperature is below freezing. **This IS A Camping Trailer. IT IS NOT A Motorhome. YOU Need TO Have A Truck OR Towing Vehicle TO Connect TO IT**We can send along a gas powered generator for when you're camping off grid if requested; it has full hook ups for electricity and water when camping at campsites which provide hook ups. One outside retractable awning. Spare tire included.Towels, linens, plates, cups, bowls, eating utensils, basic cooking utensils, 2 pots, set of frying pans, kettle, camping chairs and needed equipment for sewer included.ONE dog is permitted. We ask that you kindly do not allow pets on beds/seating areas. We love dogs and want to continue to allow them; please be respectful of our request.
