5.0Excellent host communication. The RV was great, it was so nice having a fridge and kitchen to cooks meals. I was traveling with a younger child, so it was also nice to have a bathroom handy instead of walking somewhere at night or searching for visitors centers. We got a link to a video that explained how everything on the van works before we arrived for pickup- and it was a HUGE help for later to have all the information. Would highly recommend for a national park road trip!
