We really value our trailer as we love to make memories in it and hope for the same for others. Here are some of our guidelines that must be adhered to or the deposit will NOT be refunded:
-No smoking inside the trailer, this includes drugs and vaping
-Lost keys result in $300 fee
-No parties allowed inside to prevent damages
-Make sure all trash is removed and trailer is left in clean condition prior to checking out
-No climbing the ladder. If any evidence of climbing on the ladder or being on the roof is found, security deposit will not be refunded
-Use only RV & Marine approved toilet paper. Using wet wipes, napkins, paper towels, clothes, etc, will cause the sewage system to clog and many hours to repair
-Please note that an extra charge will be applied if HEAVY DUST, SAND, MUD, ETC is present and will require extensive cleaning.*Our trailer is equipped with a GPS tracking device called an "Air Tag." This information may be shared with third parties for roadside assistance, trailer recovery, theft, and insurance purposes.

Gabby and her husband were super helpful and accommodating; our arrival and departure times weren't the easiest, but they worked with us and made everything very smooth, delivering the trailer to our campsite and getting it hooked up. The trailer was very clean, looked nice and smelled nice. Thank you!
