It does not come pre-filled.Camper should be returned in broom clean condition with dishes washed and put away, all garbage removed and counters wiped down. $ 100 cleaning fee applies if not completed by renters.A $500 refundable deposit is due when booking and will be returned once camper is returned with no damages.Please add $100 pet fee for deep cleaning. Pet owner is responsible for ensuring pets are potty trained and do not damage the camper.No Smoking Allowed.When requesting a quote, please include if you will be picking up or need set-up and where the camper will be going.Please email me if you have additional questions.
