We are Chance and Rebecca Bishop. Camping and RV’ing was already a big part of our lives when we met, fell in love and got married. We were both full-time RV’ers!
We consolidated into one RV when we got married and decided to try renting the other as a short-term rental. From there sprang our best adventure! What better way to share our love of camping, then to have our own fleet that others can rent from and share in the RV experience.
From that first RV, we have grown to 3 in our personal fleet and now offer rental management for any RV owner interested in earning some extra money when they aren’t using it for their own adventures!
We pride ourselves in being a firefighter (Chance) family-owned company. We would love to help make your family’s next vacation a memorable one!

The renter is responsible to make sure unit returned broom swept clean, counter top & bathroom / toilet wiped down w/ cleaning products (provided), garbage removed, all kitchen equipment washed clean and stored back in the proper previously stored location.

Tight squeeze? Take it slow, and be aware of what’s around you.
Take wider turns, but be careful when you do.
Damage at the gas station
Be cognizant/educate on height of rig, and watch out for those gas station poles.
Colliding with other vehicles
Drive slowly and brake early. Utilize mirrors; check blind spots when switching lanes.
Weather damage to awning
Always close awning before moderate weather, on windy days, when it’s not in use, and at night.You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to neglience, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result
If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call roadside assistance number provided by insurer and alert owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. Out of pocket expense for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by owner upon return of vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided
Renter is responsible for checking/ maintaining engine oil level,tire pressure and coolant levels at each refueling. Cost due to negligence resulting in mechanical damage or tire damage will be renter’s responsibility.
Owner will provide information on operation of coach at time of pickup and will provide instruction manuals for operation of coach systems, features and appliances. It is renter’s responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for cost to repair.
Awning use is strict prohibited any wind or rain. must be with the awning & under it during the use of awning.
if the broken or the material torn you surrender your ENTIRE security deposit and will receive no refunds. This does not release you from paying for overages or other damage that would come from the card on file.Returns are due from 10am until 4pm at 4:01 you are late and may incur a late fee. Pick up is from 10am until 4pm at 4:01 you are late and may incur a late fee. Delivery are scheduled @ park times or availability to be delivered in no order as they come in.
It is liked if renter is present at time of delivery but, don't have to be.
If plan to pick up earlier or drop off late do have a $50 fee, if violate the above time slot $80 fee
No first come first serve RV slots will be delivered to. Rv slot reservation (site#) must be told at booking or sent to us before 2 days before delivery.

Chance was a great host. Took me through all the details and answered questions when I needed them. The RV is awesome! Huge inside with 2 splits. Drove up to Zion National Park and to Grand Canyon. On the steepest grades it slowed but overall had enough engine to move it well. 4 tv's! Had roku and DVD. Watched March Madness outside by the starlight...super awesome! Inside dual recliners are great and the RV slept our family of 6 comfortably. I might bring a foam mattress topper in the future but otherwise great. Thanks!

First and most importantly: Great RV, and great communication and familiarization by Chance Bishop. The RV is very new (3100 miles when I rented it), there is plenty of room, it is well-equipped, and the bedding and seating are very comfortable. The RV handles well and it is easy to set up at the site and tear down when ready to move on. Refrigerator/freezer are large and keep things at the perfect temperature. One induction cooktop (bring your own pans made from ferrous metal) and two propane burners (use their supplied aluminum pans), along with the combination microwave/convection oven were completely sufficient for meal preparation. Technology on board is good for Cable TV connection, over-the-air TV reception, and Wi-Fi repeating (if needed). Not even considering that the shower is in an RV, the water pressure and temperature (on-demand water heating) are great, and there is plenty of room. There is way more than enough storage throughout the RV and in the compartments underneath. USB and electrical outlets abound.My only complaint is that the air conditioning is significantly underpowered for Texas summer heat (95 degrees outside, not too much humidity). Even giving the AC a head start (turning it on early in the day, getting the RV to a comfortable temperature, and keeping the AC running on high) it starts losing ground by 2-3PM. With all the blinds closed and keeping the door shut, it easily rises to the upper 80s in the back of the unit and into the 90s in the front. The system catches up again around 8 PM and will finally start cycling (shutting off and restarting) during the night as needed. I am sure it can manage better in the spring, fall, and winter. Air movement and cooling for the driver while the engine is running is more than adequate.
