Cleaning fee
The renter is responsible for making sure the unit is returned broom swept clean, counter top in kitchen and bathroom wiped cleaned, toilet wiped clean, all garbage removed, all kitchen equipment cleaned and stored back in the proper previously stored location. Failure to do any or all of the above will result in a $75 cleaning fee removed from the security deposit. No smoking or a $100 fine will be removed from the security deposit. No pets or a $100 fine will be removed from the security deposit.
