This 2022 clamshell trailer is perfect for a weekend getaway or a longer escape.It's got it all, indoor/outdoor shower and indoor toilet. Fridge, stove, microwave, heater and air conditioner. Comfy queen bed and a dinette that folds down that can sleep one adult or two kids.Pets are welcome. Due to size of camper, one dog is perfect. Be sure to keep trailer clean if bringing your dog. Please try to keep dog off bed and seats.Exterior length 18 ft. . Perfect for SUV's or trucks with 3500-5000lb towing capacity. Only weighs 2240 lbs dry. Cargo carrying capacity 840. Total weight 3,080. Fresh water capacity is 24 gallons, grey water is 18 gallons, black water capacity is 17lbs. Please empty all grey and black water prior to returning. The hosts, Maureen and John, were 5 star excellent. We received a thorough walk through of the RV and Maureen had prepared a little welcome basket for us which came in handy on our trip! They accomodated our schedule for returning the RV.
We did have some minor issues with the trailer with some loose screws that required fixing on the road but we did travel some rough roads. Overall this little RV suited our needs for the amount of boondocking and kilometers travelled.

This would come at an additional cost. To be negotiated upon rental inquiry
Q.Does the trailer come equipped with a propane tank?
A.
Yes it does have a 17.20lb tank - it will come filled. If not filled upon return a $50 fee will be charged. We do have a second tank available in the add-ons
Q.Does the Trailer have an awning?
A.
No, we've used the awning on our kitchen tent to attach to the roof as a makeshift.
