Prompt communication, mixed problem-solving
Trevor communicates promptly, delivers, and sets up quickly. Guests found him gracious. However, he offered insufficient compensation for a filthy trailer, delegated cleaning poorly, and provided misleading info on vehicle defects like flooring, battery, and toilet.
Spacious, but poorly maintained condition
The trailer offers ample space and comfortable AC. However, it arrived extremely dirty with bugs, lacked basic supplies, and had significant structural floor damage. Key amenities like the fridge, battery, and a toilet were faulty, and the listing photos were outdated, failing to disclose these issues.

5.0This is the 2nd rental we’ve had the privilege of being accepted for by Trevor. Trevor was a gracious and communicative host. The trailer is well appointed with plenty of space! Trevor and family, thank you again for allowing us to borrow your awesome trailer!!

1.0The host was very communicative upon booking and the week leading up to our trip. That’s where the positive review ends and the nightmare begins. My family and I arrived at the campground, said hello to our friends we planned to spend the week with then went to get settled into the trailer. When we entered the trailer we found it had not been cleaned before being delivered. The floors were extremely dirty and sticky. There were chunks of food remaining in the kitchen sink. The counters were sticky. The refrigerator/freezer had not been turned on and it was empty, but extremely dirty and smelly inside. The bathrooms were so disgusting. The toilets hadn’t been cleaned - urine, feces and pubic hair on the seats. The floors were sticky, countertops dirty and sink drains had a pink ring around the drain. The bedding was lacking - only a fitted sheet and a blanket on the queen mattress. Only one fitted sheet and 3 blankets for four bunk beds. Cobwebs in every corner and window. Live bugs, dead bugs throughout the trailer, including on the beds. The inside of the cabinets were also dirty and the kitchen had very few cooking supplies. We flew in from out of state so we had rented what we thought was a fully stocked trailer for our camping trip. While I knew it wouldn’t be the same as using our own trailer, I had assumed there would at least be some cooking pots and pans. The only pan was about 4” diameter - enough to cook a single egg. It’s okay though, because there was no way we were going to cook anything in that nasty kitchen, even after we did a deep clean. There were also stains on the carpet and mattress in the front bedroom. Our family of four spent about two hours cleaning (8 “man hours”) and then headed to the laundromat in town to wash all of the bedding. Our entire first evening was spent cleaning the filth left behind by the host. Not how we wanted to start our vacation. I immediately reached out to the host and his response was “I told my buddy how to clean to my standards” - the problem wasn’t poor cleaning standards - it was a complete lack of cleaning. We were offered a one night refund. This hardly seems sufficient to cover the 5 hours between cleaning and laundry as well as the cost of cleaning supplies and laundromat. We would have left to go stay in a hotel but that would have doubled the cost of our trip and we had four other families we were camping with (all friends who live out of state we don’t often get to see). It was such a disappointment to pay $1300 for this mess of a trailer. My in-laws also went through outdoorsy and had a great experience. Their trailer was extremely clean and fully stocked, as described in the listing. Our friends all drove their own rigs in, so we were able to salvage the trip by using their kitchens and supplies, thankfully.

1.0Unfortunately it was not a good experience! the trailers kitchen floor feels like your going to fall through (owner said it is a spot assumed it was small its is literally the whole kitchen floor) day of travel 4hr drive to rv as it is already at park he says he fully charged battery he says he isnt sure how long it will last so good you have a generator im assuming he meant to maintain battery life not as soon as generator is off we have no power it was at 13% on our arrival. Then fridge wasnt working. He also said one toilet drains slow but its ok worst case there are bathrooms at the park ?! Huh im renting your rv so Im not using the park restrooms. The 2nd exit off the bathroom steps dont come out which was irritating as we were going to let family use that bathroom that was staying in the park as well. In order to use anything we had to use our generator which we cant run 24/7. Then each time the battery got drained down to lower than 5% an alarm would sound and that woke us up 2 nights in a row. He then asked why we stayed and didnt respond till sat! Well limited phone service and we live 4 hrs away and was there for my niece's celebration of life. We didnt have an option to really find something else. Definitely before he rents again the floor and battery needs to be fixed and the awning was also ripped off which we didnt care about but the pictures on listing are not current. He doesn't list awning, fridge, battery or flooring issue in rental add.
