Camp in style in this 2021 prowler bunkhouse. Sleeps 9. One slide out with LEDs above for gentle lighting at night time. Parents can enjoy privacy with their own bedroom complete with a queen sized bed. Sofa and u shaped dinette convert to beds. Kids get their own bunkhouse with 2 static bunks, one fold down bunk and a small dinette that folds into a bunk too! Kids bunkhouse has a smart TV ready for streaming or gaming. Power awning with LED lights and under glow LEDs make your evenings outdoors comfortable. Indoor and outdoor speakers with Bluetooth radio. Camper comes with all linens needed bedding and towels which are washed in hypoallergenic detergent and sanitized between rentals. Please bring your own pillows as we do not provide them. We also provide cutlery, cookware, dishes and coffee pot which are sanitized between rentals as well. We also provide 4 camping chairs and mat for outdoor use. Camping with little ones? We can provide high chair and pack and play at no extra cost. Renter will be responsible for entire cost of septic repairs if this rule is not followed. To keep everyone safe we require your tow vehicle be a minimum of 250/2500 or higher to tow the camper. We provide trailer hitch, sway bar and weight distribution hardware to assist you in towing safely. We provide delivery within 150 miles of Baltimore MD for an additional fee. Weekday deliveries will take place AFTER 4pm at the earliest, please contact us prior to booking to confirm delivery times on weekends. We do not allow boondocking or dry camping, you must have access to full hook ups water, sewer and electric.
