Its a great family camper Sleeps 10 as long as 4 are not to tall. :-) Walk around Queen in front. 4 bunks in rear. Sofa and Dinette fold out as well. Generator and rear mounted fuel tank are not included at this price. Extra (third) propane tank is optional depending on your weight requirements. 175 AH Lithium battery exceeds 3 Lead acid batteries in usable capacity. 2 bunks have double stock mattresses, 2 bunks have memory foam mattresses, table and sofa bed are short for adults, front queen has a better than stock mattress. Has USB ports and Battery gauge by queen bed. This is NOT stocked to better meet your weight requirements. Additional underbelly insulation, tank heaters and cold weather sealing has been done. Slide out moves table and sofa out of the way. Axles and tires have been updated. Bathroom vent fan has been updated. Hot water tank has been insulated.
