It allows you to bring only a fraction of what you usually would pack which allows you to enjoy your vacation more. From indoor pots and pans to our two-burner outdoor grill, the Lazy Lobo is ready for its next trip. * No Smoking or drug use is allow in vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until smoke remediation can be obtained. whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages.
* Add Ons for Additional Offerings we will Provide to Ensure you ENJOY OUR RIDE!
* You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
* Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to neglience, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result
* Owner will provide information on operation of coach at time of pickup and will provide instruction manuals for operation of coach systems, features and appliances. It is renter’s responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for cost to repair.
* Awning use is strict prohibited if the breakable locks are tampered with or broken you surrender your ENTIRE security deposit and will receive no refunds. This does not release you from paying for overages or other damage.
* Hours of Operation*Returns are due from 8am until 3:00pm, at 3:01 you are late and may incur a late fee. Pick up is from 3pm until 5pm at 5:01 you are late and may incur a late fee. Delivery is from noon until 3Pm. the renter must be present at time of delivery, no first come first serve RV slots will be delivered to. Rv slot reservation confirmation email must be forwarded to owner at least two days before delivery is due.
