5.0Curtis was amazing since day 1. He has stellar communication - answered all of my questions prior to booking, stayed connected leading up to our pick up date and checked in during our stay. It was our first time using a trailer but Curtis walked us through the process, came out to help set up and picked up when we were done. The trailer was nice and clean; exactly what was described in the listing. I highly recommend Curtis if you want to work with an honest owner!
