This recently converted van located in Southeast Austin is chock full of goodies. SO many that I've detailed them further below. The van is a 2012 Mercedes totally built out in the last year. Well maintained with a number of aged-out parts recently replaced. The vehicle is 24 feet long, from the bullbar to the rear step, and 9.5 feet tall, from the bottom of the tires to the top of the rooftop A/C.
The only festival that this vehicle is not suited for is burning man as the playa will do irreparable damage to it.Cosa è inclusoThe van also includes...Kitchen
- Kitchen sink
- Cutting board/food prep surfaces
- Hot plate
- Coffee maker
- Plates, cutlerly, cupsQuality of Life
- Hot water
- Gas grill
- Rooftop A/C (in addition to gas A/C). Runs several hours on battery; needs to be plugged in to shore power or generator for longer use.
- A library of Wildsam travel guides
- Two butterfly-style chairs
- Sherpa blankets and throws
- Pillows
- Movie projector (mounts to ceiling) and pull-down screen
- Blackout window covers
- Dog leashes and bowls
- Power hubs

California, Oregon, Washington, Montana, Wyoming, South Dakota, Kansas, Colorado, Oklahoma, Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, in both hot and cold weather. So, it's a pretty capable vehicle.Altre cose di cui prendere notaI'll provide more detailed do's and don'ts and tips I've learned from practice, such as:
- Driving tips, since you've got a lot of weight behind you
- Internet access
- Tips for things that could come up in your travels, like refilling DEF fluid, where different things can be foundAlso note, I've replaced the following parts in the last year:
- Suspension (front and back), tires, alternator, all belts and pulleys, battery, A/C blower, fuses/resistors, headlight/turn/brake bulbs, and more.
