PLEASE READ CAREFULLY :) Failure to adhere to any of the following rules will result in the loss of your security deposit and additional fees. - No smoking (including vaping) inside the van - No international trips to Canada & Mexico (GPS monitored) - No felines or rodents - No music festivals (GPS monitored) - No illegal substances - use of illegal substances could also result in legal action - Freshwater tank must be filled with via a city water connection only; filling from natural bodies of water is not allowed Your responsibilities as the renter: - Your dog(s) - we love dogs, but you are financially responsible if they cause damage to the rig. - Any ticket, tolls, tows, and/or impounds, even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded. - Tire damage - even if you believe it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation. - Mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance - call the roadside assistance number provided by insurance and alert us immediately. All repairs must be made by a certified technician. Do not attempt to make repairs yourself. If there are any out of pocket expenses not covered by insurance or roadside assistance, we will reimburse you (as long as we are made aware prior to the repairs' completion and you provide receipts). - Checking/maintaining engine oil level, tire pressure and coolant levels at each refueling - cost due to negligence resulting in mechanical damage or tire damage will be your responsibility. - Understanding how to operate the rig - we'll provide a walkthrough at pickup, in addition to instruction manuals for the rig systems, features and appliances. It's your responsibility to follow instructions, and we'll be happy to answer any questions.
