Welcome to your home away from home. Enjoy the outdoors in comforts of this spacious 2021 Jayco Feather 25RB which is now “carpetless”. NO DeliveryThe Jayco can accommodate comfortably 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 small children. (2 adults in the bedroom with an RV queen bed and 1 adult or 2 small children on the dinette/full bed). You will notice the sleeping capacity tradeoff for comfort through this spacious layout.The Jayco is equipped with a large walk-in pantry space with a motion detector light inside.The “RB” in the model’s name refers to the “Rear Bath”. The bathroom area provides plenty of elbow room as well as storage and considered huge compared to other trailers.The living area which includes the dinette, kitchen and theater seating are surrounded by large windows which are wonderful for some natural light and for enjoying nature. If you prefer a more private space, all the windows have black out shades.The living room area provides comfy theater seating with removable swing table trays integrated with cup holders. The TV is located across from the theater seating and is mounted on a swivel to allow viewing from dining and even kitchen areas.The dinette sits 4 comfortably and will convert to a full-sized bed.The kitchen comes equipped with 3 burner gas stove/oven, microwave, dual sink with everything you might need for your cooking and dining needs, including a coffee maker, tea kettle, cups, dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, pots and pans, cookie sheets, cutting board, cutting knives, as well as disposable plates, cups, and utensils for your convenience.The bedroom provides you with a walk-around queen bed at 60”x75”. The sheets provided are 100% Bamboo sheets, they are very soft, moisture absorbing, cooling and breathable. We upgraded the mattress to an 8” Green Tea Memory Foam Mattress by Zinus. Prezzi e policy
-No smoking
No Smoking or drug use is allowed in vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $750.00 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages or damages.
-No climbing on the roof
No one is allowed to be on the roof for the safety concerns for the renter & guests, and to minimize damages to the RV.
-Tickets, Tolls, etc.
The renter is responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
-Tire damage
Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result.
-No running the water pump without water
If using the water pump, it is the responsibility of the renter, to make sure there is water in the freshwater tank. Running the water pump without water will destroy the pump.
-No speeding over 65mph
The tires are rated to go no more than 65 mph. Please, do not go over this speed for the safety of everyone.
-Dump Fee
The vehicle should be returned with the black and gray water tanks completely empty. Violators of this rule will be assessed a $125 dump fee.
-Qualified Drivers
Out of an abundance of caution, any adult member of your traveling party should be validated as a driver in the case of emergency. Driving by anyone who is not a validated driver is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Payment of any charges and outstanding damages will still be due after the forfeiture. All adult drivers must be validated and qualify for the insurance coverage.
-No drinking and driving
Drivers may not drink any alcohol within 24 hours of driving the RV. Violators of this rule will forfeit their deposit.
