* Pick-Up & Return: Standard pick-up is at 3:00 PM and return is at 11:00 AM. If you need to adjust these times, please contact us as soon as possible—alternate times may be available with prior approval. If the van is returned late without prior arrangements, a $30/hour late fee will apply. * Mileage: 200 miles per night are included. Additional miles are charged upon return at $0.35 per mile. * Pets: We're pet-friendly! A $100 pet cleaning fee only applies if pet hair or odor is present at return. To avoid the fee, vacuum and freshen up the van—or select the pet cleaning add-on, and we’ll take care of it. * Smoking: No smoking, vaping, or use of strong air fresheners. Violations are subject to a $500 odor removal fee. * Roof Access: For safety reasons, no climbing on the roof. * Event Use: No festivals or tailgating permitted. * Tolls & Tickets: Renters are responsible for any tolls, parking fees, or tickets incurred during the trip, plus a standard service fee. * Travel Restrictions: No travel outside of the United States & Canada. * GPS Monitoring: For safety and support, all vans are GPS monitored during rentals.
