Colorado based and family operated RV Rental Business. We have a passion for the role we play in helping families and friends make amazing memories wherever their journey's might take them. All of our RV's are less than 3 years old which means you get the best available luxuries and technology when you rent from us. We are located near to the Denver Airport. Something that helps us stand out from others is our approx. 30 minute Orientation we do with every rental pick up to ensure everything is working and show the renter how to operate everything before they disembark.

Overall, things were excellent. The pickup/dropoff organization was not what I expected. The times are SPECIFIC which made the process a lot more complicated. The owner was gracious in helping us find the right pickup/dropoff times that would work but was not happy about it. The unit itself was great overall and Aaron who guided us through pickup/dropoff was excellent. We'd rent again now knowing about the extremely specific times.

The pick up and drop off times are listed on the listing within outdoorsy prior to booking. They are also disclosed in your booking process and your contract info. Then we also send emails out leading up to your trip reminding you of those as well. I wish there is something more we could of done to help you with this so we wouldn’t of gotten 4/5 stars. This was our first trip in a RV and it went great. We had two adults and two little kids and it was a perfect amount of space. The RV can seem a bit intimidating at first but it's easy to drive and surprisingly easy to navigate. Everything worked and the RV provided a perfect home base for our trip. The orientation helped and a booklet is provided that explains how to do everything which we referenced a couple times.

Fantastic crew, Fantastic experience and Trailhead makes things easy. We broke a few plastic pieces and they were fair and understanding with the cost. Great way to end summer and think about my fall adventure with Trailhead.

Outdoorsy arranged the RV with Lance and the Trailhead team after our original booking was cancelled at the last min (literally, we arrived into Denver at 10.30pm on a delayed flight to find our booking for the next day cancelled due to damage caused by the previous renter).
