2017 Forest River Sunseeker

We just bought this RV from FL and drove it home from there. Yap, longest road-trip ever. It worked perfect! The RV sleeps up to 10 (adults & children). This model is exactly what we wanted when it comes to traveling with extended families/friends and also even more comfortable when traveling with a smaller group. There are 2 large wall slides, a set of bunk beds, and plenty of space to entertain a few guests are just a few of the features we have been enjoying about this motorhome. There are 8 seatbelts total to keep passengers safe while traveling. Our baby boy and his cousins love the bunks and the bunk over the cab for sleeping! It's super clean everywhere. I am an RV "police" so I keep my RV in great condition inside out. We stock everything you need to hit the road, except your own foods. We really enjoy the outdoors in CO and with this RV we will be able to go out more. Rocky Mountain National Park is within 2 hours, Great Sand Dune is within 4 hours, Mesa Verde National Park is within 7 hours, and Arches National Park is within 6 hours are just a few close places to drive to while enjoying the scenic roads on the way. Our favorite road trip was a few years ago, during fall foliage season (end of September to first couple weeks of October), when we went down to Sand Dune, Durango, Ouray, and looped back through Telluride, Gunnison, Crested Butted, and Aspen. I am new to renting out RV but I've done enough research and ready to earn your 5-star review! This is an allergy free RV! At this time we will not accept any furry co-pilots.
Please empty the black and grey water tanks upon return & bring back Bunkhouse with a full tank of gas.
Please pick up or drop off RV between 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (But I'm flexible so please feel free to check with me if you need to be outside these hours)

10/10 would book again!This was our first experience with an RV as well as with Outdoorsy and we could not have asked for a more wonderful experience. The Trans were so wonderful to rent from! From the outset, Thanh reached out to connect, ask about our trip, offer tips and was so wonderfully communicative and quick to respond that we started to be more careful about when we actually sent him messages or asked questions so we were respectful of his time. It really created such a great feeling as we were preparing for our trip that we were renting an RV from someone who cared about making sure we had a good experience and set us up for success!The Check-in/Check-out process was fantastic. Thanh spent an hour walking us through everything required of RV life -- the grey/black water tanks, making sure we knew the proper way to connect and dump. Setting camp up was a breeze. I feel compelled to note this in particular -- the other camper was rented by someone else in our group and they were not given any kind of "orientation" and actually encountered some issues with hooking things up correctly the first time. So to have Thanh spend that time with us at the beginning of the trip was really key. Check-out was great too -- Thanh was very fair with how we did the walk through and handled the deposit pieces.The RV was well stocked -- there were pantry supplies left from previous renters (in a very thoughtful way, not a "we left our trash here" way), for instance there was cold water in the fridge when we picked it up. We made sure to pass the favor forward. Thanh procured some extra camp chairs for us, made sure we had plenty of towels and fresh linens, and the kitchenette had everything we needed for camp cooking, including an outdoor portable propane stove that we relied on more than anything during our trip (it was pretty hot and dry where we were, so had to be careful about campfires and not too keen on heating up the RV with the oven. That little stove was clutch!).
