Trailer must be returned in same condition or damage charges will be incurred.No smoking, vaping, scented candles or incense burning inside of the trailerIf there are lingering smells, there will be additional charges to return it to its original condition (make sure you don’t allow fire smoke to blow through the unit.
- No fires under awnings
- make sure you put away the awnings if there is any wind. If you are unsure I recommend putting away the awning at night. It’s as easy as pushing a button.
- Don’t overfill the tanks, yuckExtra charges upon return:
•Cleaning fee if the exterior and/or interior dirty. $75 interior $75 exterior if excessive dirt/mud buildup from gravel road travel etc.
•Propane tank fill if the tanks are returned empty. $40 per tank
•Sewage dump if the tanks are not returned empty $100
