This travel trailer has plenty of room for a family of four to six! It has rarely been used and is in immaculate condition. The living space includes a sofa across from the dinette. The sofa area slides out, creating an open space where the family can hang out together. Both the sofa bad and dinette turn into beds for two and have plenty of storage above and below. The bedroom includes a very comfortable queen bed with a pillow topper and brand new sheets. There is space on both sides of the bed to allow for two people to get in and out easily. There are cupboards for storage on either side of the bed as well as above it and under it. The bedroom has a privacy curtain to separate it from the living space. Due to the bathroom being located between the bedroom and living space a noise barrier is created. The enclosed bathroom has a shower and toilet while the bathroom sink is just outside of the bathroom where it can be accessed even while the toilet/shower are being used. The bathroom sink includes an extra shelf that folds down when not in use. The kitchen includes an oven, stove, refrigerator/freezer and microwave. We've also included a coffee pot, crockpot, magic bullet blender, pots and pans, tupperware, dishes, silverware and many more essentials and extras! There is an AC unit to keep you cool during hot days. Outside- the unit has a large awning, rug, outdoor shower, folding table, barbecue, 2 lafuma chairs and bike rack. The unit is equipped with a sway control bar to reduce and nearly eliminate sway when going down the road, which will make your trip a lot more comfortable and safe! Power: 30 amp unit Dry weight 6700 lbs; payload 2000 lbs. Please make sure to check the tow rating of your specific vehicle. Even though the dry weight of the camper is listed, you need to add the weight of your toys, people, and any luggage/goodies you're bringing, which is generally between 800 and 1400 lbs.
