5Nicole was the best! Nicole and her husband were very accommodating. There were several mishaps on my end (operator error) that Nicole was able to get ironed out. The trailer was great! Overall a great experience.

• To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, we ask all renters to follow these rules:
1. Driving & Towing
Only drivers licensed and comfortable with towing a trailer may operate the RV.
Maximum speed 65 mph recommended while towing.
Avoid off-road, unpaved, or extremely steep roads unless pre-approved.
Do not exceed the GVWR (gross vehicle weight rating) of the trailer.
2. Pets
Maximum 2 small to medium-sized pets allowed. APPROVAL NEEDED BEFORE HAND
Photo and breed must be submitted ahead of time for approval.
Pets must not be left unattended inside the trailer for extended periods.
All pet hair and mess should be reasonably managed and cleaned up by return; additional cleaning fees may apply.
3. Smoking
No smoking inside or near the trailer.
Smoking outdoors only, dispose of ashes safely and outside of trailer.
4. Cleanliness & Trash
Return the trailer in the same clean condition from pickup.
All trash must be removed from the trailer before return.
A cleaning fee applies to all rentals; additional charges may apply for excessive mess.
5. Safety & Appliances
Always use appliances, water, and electrical systems as instructed.
Keep the trailer locked when unattended.
Follow all campground rules regarding hookups, waste disposal, and quiet hours.
6. Accidents & Damage
Report any damage or mechanical issues immediately.
Security deposit may be used to cover damage not disclosed during check-out.
Towing accidents caused by negligence may result in additional fees.
7. Miscellaneous
No parties or events without prior approval.
Maximum occupancy: 6 people.
Minimum rental period: 2 nights (off-season), 3–4 nights (peak/holidays).
