Overall, our experience was fantastic. There were a couple of small minor glitches that maybe could’ve been explained a little better but other than that, the trailer was great and was exactly as advertised. As first time trailer towing people the hook up and disconnect process was a little challenging. We learned on the return that a couple of taps with a hammer would release one mechanism that that held the trailer onto the hitch, I would suggest adding that to your instructions or providing a video that shows that device should be retracted to release the trailer. The brake controller also gave some initial grabbing, but after exploring the devices website, I learned that my older cell phone was probably contributing to poor communication via Bluetooth. Once I dedicated the cell phone to just controlling the device, it worked fine. As you can tell there was some learning that occurred for first time trailer people. But overall we would consider using this company again. They were very responsive and had a lot of great advice for first time trailer people.

Overall, the RV was exactly as advertised, with the exception of a properly functioning water pump and a properly functioning oven. . The key issue is that the water didn’t work for the entire trip due to a broken part that should’ve been identified prior to my trip. As a result, we had to pay for showers (luckily we were at a location where we had that option). The management team was responsive when we notified them of the issue but were unable to help due to the repair that was required

The team at GTG was great to work with. They answered all our questions and had everything we needed. Delivery and set up was on time and professionally done. The camper was clean and fully functional. We will absolutely rent from GTG again!
