This mid-size, light-weight, travel travel is ready to go! Good condition, like-new!What's included:
Bedroom - fitted sheet for queen bed
Bath - 4 towels, 4 washcloths, 2 hand towels, toilet paper, some extra towels for misc, trash can w bags
Main living and kitchen - dishes for 4, basic cooking utensils (no pots/pans), electric kettle, trash w/ bags, hand towel, new sponge, dish soap, hand soap, cleaning rags, toaster oven, two rugs, space heater, stand-up fan, small table fan, lamp, dish drainer, cutting board
Other - 1 full propane tank, 1 outdoor rug, 2 camping chairs, water and sewage hosesAdd-ons:
Delivery, based on mileage and location
Linens for extra beds, $10 each (dinette, loveseat)
Empty grey/black tanks, $25
Setup/teardown, $25 (upon delivery will set up/teardown)Some helpful things to include when you contact us:

It is more convenient if you also have a place to hook up to sewage, especially if your trip is longer than 2 days and you plan to use the shower.Upon rental, we will finalize pick-up and drop-off times. At pick-up or delivery, we will complete a walk-thru to help familiarize you with the rig, sign the rental agreement, and help hook-up the trailer to your vehicle or set-up camp. Upon return, we will complete a final walk-thru. This process takes a bit of time, so please plan ahead when arranging pick-up and drop-off.Questions? Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
I highly recommend to book a site with electric (30 amps), water, and sewage. I can show you how to use upon pickup, or will connect these upon delivery.
Grey water tank is where your shower and sink water goes. Black water tank is from the toilet. Grey tank will fill up after about 2 days. Black tank can go longer depending on how many people are using it.
Do not pull the trailer with the tanks full. This will increase the weight and difficulty while driving.
