Charles communicated well, promptly arranging and paying for tire replacements when issues arose, demonstrating pride in ownership and supporting the rental.

Comfortable amenities, visible wear

Features comfortable beds, well-functioning AC, and interior items. There is visible wear and weathering, especially on faux leather, but it generally works well and is a good size for families.

The AC worked wonderfully and the beds were comfortable. There was some wear and weathering on the inside and outside but it didn't affect the overall trip.
