J

Proactive, communicative problem solver

Charles is easy to communicate with, responds promptly, and proactively resolves issues, such as arranging and paying for tire replacements, demonstrating strong ownership and support.

Comfortable, functional with minor wear

The vehicle offers wonderful AC and comfortable beds, performing as designed for family trips. Guests noted some wear and weathering, especially on the interior's faux leather, compared to photos.

The AC worked wonderfully and the beds were comfortable. There was some wear and weathering on the inside and outside but it didn't affect the overall trip.
