This Jayco 26.5BHS is better than new. It has every available option and more. Sleeps 8, Ducted dual A/C with electronic thermostat, 50 amp service with adapter for 30 amp, EMS-PT50X Surge protection, Gas/Electric water heater with DSI, Power awing with LED lights, Stereo with Bluetooth and DVD, indoor/ Outdoor speakers, One Control network (control the awing, slide, lighting and auto leveling from your phone!), Fireplace with heater, Full LED lighting with dimmers, Oven, 4 burner stove, microwave, Gas/Electric Fridge, Water filter, Tank flush, MORyde 3000 suspension with isolated Pin box, Goodyear tires with alloy wheels( less than 500 miles), electric self adjusting brakes, JT strong arm stabilizers front and back, upgraded aluminum steps, Complete portable fence system.The bottom bunk has been converted to a pen for my dogs but can easily be converted back in 5 minutes with a screw driver. Once removed you would never know it was there. There is absolutely no damage, scratches or smells from my dogs. It still smells new inside. If you have dogs you couldn’t find a better setup. It’s SO nice not to have them on leash when at the campfire or potty break in the morning. The pen is awesome if you want to go to dinner, bike, etc... I also have a monitoring system so you can keep watch with your phone while away from the RV. You can hear them, talk to them and know what the temp is in the RV.
