This was my husbands and my first time camping and renting a camper van. Daryl did an excellent job explaining every detail regarding how to work all of the different parts of the van. It was a very thorough walk-through. He also gave me ample information that I could read or look up on my phone in case of a situation where I might have forgotten something. The van was in pristine condition and had everything we needed. We had an excellent experience from start to finish!

Overall a horrible experience. The battery died in the second evening so we had no power for two days and two nights. I spent half of one day of my vacation troubleshooting in 95 degree weather and then had to spend two hours the final day figuring out how to mechanically manually recline the awning. The owner is a wonderful human but his RV made our vacation uncomfortable and unnecessarily stressful. Outdoorsy was unable to provide any support as their contract says they would provide roadside assistance but they weren’t able to provide any. I would never rent a vehicle from Outsoorsy again what a horrible experience

Everything about the van and process was incredible. Daryl explained everything so thoroughly and we ran into no issues the entire long weekend at Bonnaroo.

The RV and host were fantastic. Everything worked as planned from pick up to drop off. It was equipped with necessities and nothing frivolous which is important in a smaller space. Highly recommended.

Daryl makes everything super easy. Great communication and guidance. The Revel is perfectly built and outfitted for a turnkey travel camping experience.
