Very large shower(I fit with room and I’m 6’4”).
Sleeping for 5 including a queen master bedroom and a twin pull out couch.
2 comfortable rocking chairs with ottomans. Lots of storage throughout.
Comes with outdoor chairs, big table, and ground cover
Weber grill and a propane tank as well for the gourmet meals.
Also comes with all the water hoses and power cables with adapters that you’ll need.
Anti sway hitch from blue ox to keep the unit stable.
