Meet Theia (she is the Goddess of Light)! Theia is the perfect adventure van for a single traveler or possibly two adults and your furry Co-Pilot if you so choose! This van has the best gas mileage you will find out there for any RV. On average, it is 28 MPG! It is extremely easy to drive, park and use so if you are first time renter, this camper van is the way to go! It has all of the amenities you need while on the road without making it complicated.It features a comfy bench seat that easily folds out into a double bed for one or two. This sweet thing also features 100 watt solar and 100 Amp Hour Battery to keep your devices charged, along with the 12v refrigerator and roof top vent fan. There are USB outlets along with a 400 Watt Inverter. The kitchen galley features a gorgeous cedar wood counter top and running water. It comes with a 7 gallon fresh water container that is extremely easy to fill. The water runs right out the bottom of the van so no need to empty anything! There is also LED lighting which lights up the van very nicely.Other great features of the van is bluetooth, a tow hitch for bike rack or cargo hauler and back windows to enjoy the views and for ease of driving. There are privacy curtains for the windows.Included with the rental is a linen package (sheets, blanket & a mattress cover), pull out propane stove, cookware, french press, small camp table, and some fun little extras I like to add in for your enjoyment.Additional items for rent is 4 person tent, sleeping bags, and cargo hauler for hitch.This little gal is super-stealth and you can pretty much park her anywhere there is pavement.I can be flexible on pick up and drop off times, so please don't hesitate to ask if I can accommodate your schedule (may depend on other rentals).Thanks for looking and Happy Glamping!Cosa è inclusoLinen package (sheets, mattress cover & blanket, camp stove with propane, small camp table, french press and camp a kitchen. No smoking in the unit or near the unit. If there is any evidence that there has been smoking in the unit, a service fee of $250 will be claimed from your security deposit.
You should never be on the roof of my unit.
You are not to go over 80 MPH due to how the transmission handles in the Camper Vans. Trailers are also not meant to go over 65 MPH, it is a single axel and you could blow a tire.
If you leave the van in a state that requires excessive cleaning I will charge you $200 + deep cleaning fee.
You are responsible for all tickets, tolls, impounds and/or tows.
If you have a dog in the unit without approval (or more than agreed upon), there will be a $200 fine that will be claimed from your security deposit. If there is evidence of a cat ,there will be a $500 fine due to allergies.
If you are late returning the unit (on agreed upon time), there will be a penalty fee of $50 per hour.
