Looking for a way to host a large group, while still retaining some privacy in sleeping quarters? Then look no further! This Bunk House is ready to roll to a campground or driveway of your choice. Bunk room sleeps 4, with lower bunk converting to a second table. A full-sized queen bed in the front room provides privacy, while still allowing view of the TV. The couch and dining table easily convert to sleep an additional 2-4 people. We are happy to provide a turn-key, experiencing the great outdoors with the ease of an hotel.Cookware, cooking utensils, dishes, cups, flatware, hand & dish soap, keurig coffee maker, toaster, towels, bed linens for the queen and 4 twin bunks, a lighter, toilet paper, trash bags, outdoor chairs, clothesline, broom, and a small first aid kit are included. Bring your own linens for the dining table and/or couch, pillows, food, coffee k-cups, games, and people!Additional rules
No smoking in the campers. $200
Dump sewer tanks to avoid additional charges. $35
The Owner reserves the right to deduct from the deposit if the RV and its contents are not left in good condition.Delivery and Setup Fee is based on the time it takes to get the RV to the site, round trip. Please have all dishes and cookware cleaned and put away. Empty the refrigerator. Place all used sheets and towels on the floor in the center of the cabin. Open the shower liner so it can fully dry. Remove all personal items and trash before returning. Please leave all areas in the condition you found them.Lost and Found Policy
We are not responsible for personal belongings left inside the RV. If you contact us regarding something lost within 30 days and are willing to cover shipping costs, we will do our best to return your item if we can find it.
