Great for a family looking for a new adventure. Great accessibility with the two entry doors, and the walk-through bath with two points of entry with doors on either side.Sleeps 6-8 comfortably. This trailer features a separate bedroom with queen bed, dinette table that folds into a full-size bed, jack-knife sofa which converts to a bed, and full over full bunk beds. *Cleaned and sanitized bedding can be provided for a fee.Kitchen amenities include a countertop air fryer/toaster oven, Keurig coffee pot. Includes all housewares (dishes, mugs, pots, pans, knives, etc.).A full size walk-in shower in the bathroom. Walk through bathroom with plenty of space. Clean and sanitized bath towels are provided with rental.Enjoy the outdoors under our fully lit awning with outdoor speakers and Bluetooth connectivity, 4 camping chairs and camping rug are provided. Blackstone griddle can be provided as an add-on.Family friendly games are provided for your entertainment and the television in living/dining area. The entertainment center is directly across from the U-shaped dinette, and the TV is on a swivel mount allowing for perfect viewing from the bunk beds. Smart TV with standard streaming apps (as long as you have Wi-Fi available) and there’s also a blu-ray player with an assortment of family friendly movies.Due to the nature of a large and heavy trailer, we Only allow professional delivery and setup at your desired destination.What's included:Full propane tanks for heating and cooking, Instapot, Keurig coffee pot and up to 4 camping chairs. Alex and his family communicate promptly, are flexible with schedule changes (early arrival, checkout), ensure timely delivery/setup, and quickly resolve issues, even making on-site visits.

The 2021 Grand Design RV is consistently clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with amenities, including games, a s'mores bucket, and camping gear. It features a comfortable master bed and is well-maintained.

Alex and family were excellent hosts and communicators! Decided to take a short spring break with my family to Lopez Lake. It was a warm couple of days and when we arrived to our setup, the A/C was on and the RV was nice and cool for us to move in. My kids enjoyed all of the amenities, including the puzzles and games. The RV was very clean, organized and we were provided with everything we needed for our stay. Thank you Alex!

Due to the nature of the dunes, potential water crossings, and potential saltwater and/or wind damage we DO NOT rent to Oceano Dunes SRVA. We do, however, rent to the Pismo State Beach campgrounds that are right down the road from the dunes.

Hello! We are the Banks family and we are lucky enough to call the beautiful Central Coast of California home. We love to camp around our local area and when we purchased our first trailer in 2020 we decided that we wanted to share the wonders of our beautiful home with others. We have a two young children aged 8 and 11 who love camping as much as we do and we have done our best to make our trailer family friendly with games and movies our kids enjoy. We also have a 1 year old French bulldog who goes everywhere with us and we know the value that our furry friends add to our lives so we wanted a space where our guests can bring their companions along as well. We strive to make every guest that rents from us feel right at home when renting and we are happy to provide recommendations for family friendly activities, great dining, hiking or anything else our guests are looking for while visiting this beautiful area. We hope you choose us to help make your trip a memorable one! :)
