Thanks to the Queen mattress located in the front private bedroom you will sleep soundly. Just watch your head when you get out of bed, because it is a residential mattress, not the run of the mill trailer mattress. this trailer is easy to use for those new to RV'ing. The trailer is propane heated to warm you up quickly when you come in out of the weather. You will also find a set of double-size bunks, and the convertible U-shaped dinette/sleeper and sleeper sofa that are located in the large and spacious slide-out, can both be converted into extra sleeping spaces too. If I suspect that the renters smoked or vaped in the vehicle, I will deduct $100 from the security deposit, because it takes so long to remove the odors.
If the renter brings back the vehicle without emptying the Grey and Black tanks or select the tank fee add-on, I will deduct $75 from the Security Deposit.
