This layout has the hard to find quad bunk option in the rear, great for large families. The bottom bunks can be converted into a large king bed. Master features an upgraded DreamCloud queen mattress.Very large cargo capacity for golf carts, ATVs, Kayaks, etc. Easy open rear gate converts into spacious patio with Magnetic Screen Door. The Kitchen has a 3 Burner Cooktop, Microwave and Large Capacity Refrigerator. Camper has a large Shower with heated water. Tablet Compatible USB Ports in Bedroom and Bunks. The 30 Amp Service provides Air Conditioning in the Summer and Heater in the Winter. There is also a Built-In Electric Fireplace with 5k BTU Heater. Two Televisions are included with Digital Antenna.If you pay for delivery it covers the round trip (delivery and pickup). It also includes setup and tear down (connections, stabilizer jacks, sewer dump, etc.)Rental price includes up to one bottle of propane, plenty for up to a week long rental even running heat in the winter. Freshly cleaned fitted bed sheet will be supplied on the master bed. All other bedding needs to be provided by the renter. Requires class III hitch with 2-5/16” ball. Excessive messes such as wet or dried mud, loose garbage, bags of trash, food left in fridge, etc. will result in additional cleaning fees from security deposit.The black water (sewage) tank needs to be empty prior to return. A black water tank that is not empty upon return will result in a $100 service fee.If an interior damage claim is needed after return, a processing fee equal to 2.95% of the total claimed amount will be billed to the renter.Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed in the camper.
