• NO smoking, no vaping , no excessive drinking. • Do not do dry camp by purely using battery. Drain may cause significant Late Return Up to 30 minutes late: No charge (grace period). 31–60 minutes late: $50 fee. Over 1 hour late: $50 for the first hour + $1 per additional minute. Waste Tanks Not Emptied (If the waste tank dump option was not added to the reservation) $250 for us to empty and clean the waste tanks. Interior Not Cleaned / Trash or Food Left Behind (If the cleaning option was not added to the reservation) $250 cleaning fee. Fuel Not Refilled to Original Level (If the gas replenish option was not added to the reservation) $200 flat fee. Propane Not Refilled (If the propane option was not added and we did not waive this in writing) $ 90 flat fee. Pets in RV $300 special cleaning fee. Smoking in RV $700 special cleaning fee. Excessive Dirt, Mud, or Soilage $900 special cleaning fee.
