Whether it’s a weekend escape or a cross-country pilgrimage, the Solis transforms travel into connection—between people, places, and the wild wonder of the open road.To ensure safe, insured, and qualified drivers Outdoorsy implements verified driver before approval:
-Guests who are at least 21 years old may book a reservation, be verified as a driver, and be covered by Outdoorsy insurance, provided they meet the following criteria:
Location: The listing must be located within the U.S./only for U.S. trips
RV Value: The RV booked must have a value under $75,000
RV Type: The RV booked must NOT be a Fifth Wheel OR Class A RV
Insurance package: Only the Essential OR Stationary insurance packages are available for bookings made by guests under 25 (but at least 21).
Additional Fee: The guest agrees to the additional $25/night young driver fee, to be added to the total service fees for the booking. This fee will not show as an individual line item on the receiptPlease also note that a single Young Driver Fee of $25 per night is charged for the reservation. This fee is applied only to the primary young driver and is not affected by the number of additional young drivers on the booking.-Guests aged 25 and older have no additional conditions or restrictions on their rentals, beyond meeting the general Verified Driver requirements.

5.0The RV worked out really well for two first-time RV campers, and I'd recommend it to others who want to give it a try. It has a surprising amount of features and functionality in a form that is actually pretty maneuverable on the road and doesn't feel like driving a bus. Everything felt new and well-maintained, no ghost in the machine making something not work properly, and was easy enough to figure out how to operate with a little advance research and demo by the host. The hosts were VERY accommodating for our schedule and very nice friendly people. Quick to respond to questions leading up to our trip, and I'm sure would have been during the trip as well but we'd been prepped well enough that we didn't have that many. Pickup and drop-off went very smoothly. Would happily rent again.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Pick up and drop off is dependent on our availability, as well. We will accommodate the best we can within our own work schedule and person responsibilities. There is an option to where the vehicle can be scheduled for a certain day and be picked up the night before, usually sometime after 5:30 PM, with prior discussion and approval.

Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
To ensure you have a full battery at night the power to the cabin is best to be shut off, so as to not drain the battery. The cabinet above the sink tends to open during uneven terrain or bouncy roads, if it is filled too much with supplies and will trigger the latch.
