2021 Genesis Wanderer *sleeps 6*

I rented a trailer from them for a desert trip with just my son and I. Since it was my first time I was researching all over the place with price comparisons. Veronica and Luis had an excellent choice with the Genesis Wanderer that checked all the boxes I was looking for. From the start Veronica answered all the questions I had and kept in touch the whole time with me all the way to the day of the trip, as I needed the trailer dropped off at the site I was staying at. Luis was very helpful as well. He delivered the trailer for me and set it up, afterward he did a complete walk through with the trailer and assured me if I needed any further assistance I could contact him or his wife Veronica and they would help me out. During my trip the trailer was more than enough, everything was clean and worked well. I will definitely rent from them in the future.

The host were very friendly and accommodating, everything was clean and everything worked on the trailer no issues. Will definitely rent again from Veronica and Luis very cool people.

The trailer refrigerator was not working at all once we arrived at location. I worked with Outdoorsy for hours but couldn't get it running. The trailer had old batteries (per outdoorsy should have been replaced) that would only charge 1/2 way and then would die within minutes of light use. We worked with outdoorsy for hours but nothing helped. The unit had with a constant beeping noise that wouldn't go away no matter how hard we tried. We tried working closely with the owners but there was no help to be offered to fix anything while on the trip. No compensation was offered and then we got into a heated argument with the owner when he came to pick up the unit. I would highly caution future renters for this particular unit and also for the renters. We are proceeding with a charge back on the credit cardit and also a dispute with Outdoorsy.
