Brand new Dutchman Aspen Trail 21rd. Sleeps 4 2 adults 2 kids comfortably. Rv has very cold AC. Bathroom with shower full kitchen big sink stovetop with oven and a microwave. 1 queen bed the dinner table turns into a bed and the couch is a futon. It is stocked with a full set of pioneer woman non stick pots and pans, 1 cast iron skillet, cooking utensils, bowls, plates and silverware. Sheets pillows and blankets. Towels, hand towels, shampoo and dish soap. Lysol cleaning wipes and paper towels as well. Has a stereo with inside and outside speakers. Electric awning and 2 folding chairsSmall pets are ok. I also have a generator if you plan to dry camp. The stabilizing jacks are electric as well as the front jack. This camper is very easy to setup. It weighs 4580 dry and up to 7700 with full tank of water and cargo. I pull this with my F150 with no problems. The ball size is 2 5/16 if you do not have that size ball I have one you can use free. If rented I will show you how to use everything and setup and will be Available via phone if you have any questions. Spring and summer are prime camping don’t miss out. I can deliver to your camping site if within around 60 miles from Orlando. Feel free to ask any questions. I keep the calendar updated.
