I am extremely disappointed with how the owner has acted after we returned the RV. We had to drive 2 1/2 hours to come meet him and he was late again for the drop off. We confirmed the drop off time multiple times with him and after 20 minutes we put the keys in the center console and told him where the keys were. We could not wait for him to take an hour to get out to us again. Our trip: RV generator and fridge broke down the second day which the owner attributed to heat outside. The fridge became as warm as outside which caused all our food for the week to go bad. No photos were taken of the inside when we rented the RV when we returned it cleaned in the exact same way we received it we were charged for things like: damage to sofa arm ($650) - damage was already on sofa arm and multiple cushions. $250 because we accidentally left a sleeping bag in one of the lower compartments. $200 because a fork or a plastic cup was supposedly missing. $200 because one of the white towels had ketchup on it. $250 for professional cleaning because a piece of trash was found somewhere inside, likely in a trash can. These were linens they encouraged us to use and said we could leave any used linens in the shower when we returned which we did. If we knew we were going to be charged an astronomical amount of money for a cheap Walmart towel and a cheap Walmart plastic cup (which we didn’t even use, we brought plastic cups, paper plates, and plastic forks for the trip). No audit or count of the utensils was ever completed prior to leaving. No invoice for what was paid for the missing utensil or plastic cup was ever provided. He is just making up random amounts to see what will stick. I have only said a few of the outrageous charges he is trying to stick us with. There were a LOT of other crazy charges he is trying to get that are absolutely outrageous. I will NEVER use outdoorsy much less this scam artist ever again after this experience. We spent $3200 to rent the RV for 10 days and he is trying to get an additional $3000-$4000 out of us for things we had nothing to do with. Renter be ware using this site add owner for your trip. Huge mistake on our end. Glad it worked out for the other 4 people before us but was a terrible experience for us.

The RV was spotless and fully loaded with all the options you could need. I highly, highly recommend renting from him if you’re looking for a smooth and reliable experience!
