If you are Boondocking or at a site that does not have power.. you will need to either bring a generator (2500watts or greater) or rent one from us. You will need it to power the TV, Electric Fireplace, Microwave and electric plugs. ..
Solar power only can keep up with very (very!) minimal use.
Solar does keep refrigerator going without being plugged in but only if you are in full sunlight for at least 7 hours.No climbing on the roof.Absolutely no festivals!Propane tanks (2) will be full upon you receiving the rental.Only the drivers that are listed in the contract will tow the trailer.

Absolutely no festivals!
No smoking inside of the trailer. If excessive cigarette smoke smell is inside of the trailer there will be a deep cleaning fee of $350
Propane tanks (2) will be full upon you receiving the rental, we expect you to top off tanks prior to be returned. If not fully topped off you will be charged $30 per tank to fill.
Only the drivers that are listed in the contract will tow the trailer.
Grey and Black water tanks are to be emptied prior to returning the trailer. If not a fee will be charged.
We allow your fur-babies to enjoy your adventures with you. However you are responsible for any damage they cause.

Tony was AMAZING!! Seriously made every penny worth it . Kind , caring and genuinely a "good - hearted " person. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided and more! Renting from Tony and his family made us feel comfortable, not stressed and made this trip worth it... I am so grateful And happy. Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Fairly Flexible however i need a 48 hour notice on when you plan on delivering it. Be respectful and not tell us the day of that you wont be returning at our pre determined delivery time.
