What's the Deal ?

Our first time renting an RV was with Dale and couldn't have been a better experience. We made a trip to Syracuse U to spend the weekend with 5 guest, which the RV accommodated easily. The RV was clean, well taken care of, and easy to drive. Dale was very accommodating with being available at all times to answer any questions that we had along the trip. Pickup/Drop-off: Dale was very flexible with pickup and drop off options. RV was provided full of water, propane, fuel, and empty tanks for black and grey water. The RV was well supplied with all essentials, which really made the overall experience great: - kitchen (cups, coffee, dining, cookware, silverware, etc.), - bedding - ample pillows, blankets, covers for all sleeping areas - bathrooms - toilet paper, bathing towels/washcloths, and soap - entertainment - RV has 3 tvs inside and 1 outside. Inside the tvs are operated with a firestick or DVDs - outside - there are 4-5 chairs, outdoor rug, and a propane grill Issue - The only issue we encountered was the bedroom slide wasn't working properly, which only created an inconvenience when going to the rear of the RV to shower. We were notified of the issue during pickup and decided that it wasn't a big deal for us. Overall our experience was great and will be renting from Dale again!
