Great condition, low miles and low rental price makes this RV a great value! Sleeps 6 comfortably. Seatbelts for 7 passengers! Strong dependable engine (Ford E450). Separate bedroom with an accordion door. The indoor shower is separate from the toilet which makes going to the restroom easier.Comfortable new queen bed. Spacious cabin above steering area sleeps 2. Dinette converts to a bed. There is one slide out. Lots of storage space inside and below!Pets allowed on the basis that you will monitor them when they are inside the rv. No smoking of any kind inside the RV, please ($300 smoke removal fee if there is any).Minimum 2 nights rental.The RV is conveniently located in Anchorage, AK. Just 10 mins from the ANC Airport. If you need drop off or pick up from the airport, please schedule in advance with me. It shouldn’t be a problem.Cosa è inclusoCamping chairs, 3 burner stove with oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, 2 QT airfryer, rice cooker, 22 inch tv in the bedroom, 24" tv in the front with a DVD/VHS player, reverse camera, and radio with CD player. The motorhome is stocked with clean bedding linens, pillows, blankets, 4 bath towels and 4 hand towels, 2 rolls of paper towels, hand soap, dish soap and 4 rolls of toilet paper. The kitchen is also stocked with a few pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups and silverware.Altre cose di cui prendere notaI’m the third owner of this RV. The owner I bought it from was a dog owner and so are we. If you have any allergies to pet dander then you should reconsider renting this RV. I try to vacuum and clean the pet hair as much as possible.The awning is broken at the moment so absolutely no awning.ABSOLUTELY NO DRIVING OFF ROAD - ON THE DENALI HWY, DALTON HWY OR MT WRANGELL.
Again, NO SMOKING! A $300 fee will be assessed for any traces of smoking in the RV.
NO FISH PROCESSING OR STORING IN THE RV.Things to do before returning:
-Clean motorhome as much as you can. Wipe down surface areas and vaccum carpet (If there is excessive dirt).
-Take the trash out.
-Check propane/fuel level and fill it back up to full for the next guests.
-Dump black/grey water. Remember...black and then grey so there is no buildup left in there. There will be $125 fee if that has not been done upon return.
