We have a very busy schedule and many times the RV is scheduled to be released back at 3PM the same day.Please understand that if you want to pick the RV up before 3PM, if available, it will be an additional $20/hr for every hour before 3PM.Similarly, if you return the RV after 11AM, you will be charged $50/hr for any additional hour after 11AM.If you drop off the RV after 3PM, you will be automatically charged for an entire day at your daily rate plus tax. Staff helpful, owner unaccommodating
Staff offered troubleshooting and mitigation for delays, but roadside support was absent, and the owner refused refunds after a significant vehicle breakdown.
Noisy ride, interior issues
The RV was noisy while driving, especially on gravel. Interior problems included a sunken sofa, dirty bedding, mattress holes, uneven floors, and a slide-out malfunction.
