5AlaskaRV was great to work with, they helped me several times as I had questions about the RV and rental process (my first RV rental). Richard was also an awesome RV, great for our family of 4. We had a great trip to Alaska!

5We had a group of 13 and rented two RVs (Phoebe & Richard). It was the best time!! I highly recommend renting an RV and exploring Alaska. It is very RV friendly! We had everything we needed in the RV, and they provided extra bedding and chairs for our large group. The two grills were very handy to have and beautifully cooked our salmon every night. The whole process was quick and easy, and the entire staff at Alaska RV from reservations, to check in, to the cleaning crew, were super nice and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be back!

2Overall good modern RV with great features like self leveling and plenty of cameras. Unfortunately there are a number of issues that considering the price feel like significant issues. For instance, the person giving us the orientation tour insisted that city water should be connected to the tank flush inlet despite my doubts. DO NOT FOLLOW THIS ADVICE. The tank flush inlet fills the black and gray water tanks UNTIL THEY SPILL OVER RIGHT INTO THE RV. We have a very close call with black water coming out of the toilet into we stopped it inches from the top of the toilet bowl. When I mentioned this on checkout, the person laughed and said it was interesting and he didn't know. The RV was also significantly damaged by previous renters, and unfortunately they didn't repair all the damage. There is a huge crack across the windshield, and the side storage doors to access hoses keep falling off. The RV also smelled like smoke from the previous renter. There is also a major lack of basic kitchen stuff. I don't expect much, but there is an oven and no oven safe dish... There's a microwave... But no microwave safe dish or plate. We cracked a plate trying to warm up rice. Lastly the bed is absolutely terrible. This is camping and I'm used to sleeping on foam mats, so expectations are low, but the mattress sags by ALMOST A FOOT in the center. I didn't know this was possible, but you will spend the entire night on top of each other, completely unable to get onto the sides of the mattress.
