1.0The trip was great. Traveling in an Rv in Alaska is unbeatable. The RV had a mechanical issue which the rental company resolved by switching it out. I appreciated that they resolved the problem, but we lost a day to our trip which was not refunded. I can’t recommend a company that doesn’t acknowledge that kind of inconvenience to a customer. If I plan another trip I will look for another option.
